Trailside Galleries is pleased to present the annual Form & Figure Show, set to be showcased in our Jackson Hole gallery throughout the month of July. Always an impressive showcase of work, Form & Figure features many great masterpieces by some of Trailside’s most renowned figural and still-life artists. Included among the roster of artists are the works of Cyrus Afsary, Pino Dangelico, Stan Davis, Patricia Dobson, Robert Duncan, Robert Johnson, Huihan Liu, Tong Luo, Dan McCaw, Danny McCaw, Robert Moore, Brenda Murphy, JoAnn Peralta, Howard Rogers, Brad Schmidt, Timothy Thies, Curt Walters, Jeffrey Watts, Morgan Weistling, William Whitaker, Wayne Wolfe, David Yorke and Jie Wei Zhou.
The Gallery Hours are Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In addition to the Form & Figure show held July 1-31, 2009, we will be hosting individual showcases by four very different, yet dynamic artists: Jie Wei Zhou, Bruce Cheever, Jared Sanders and Robert Duncan. Jie Wei, whose work often reflects historic Chinese American subjects, captures the lifestyles of Chinese villagers, as well as early Chinese immigrants to America. Bruce Cheever brings a very different feel to the gallery walls as his showcase will feature the gothic landscapes and architectural renderings of America and Europe. Jared Sanders will capture the sweeping countryside and rustic barns of the American West and New England. And finally, Robert Duncan’s work will coincide with the figural theme of the month with his renderings of everyday life in the American West, as well as with his Native American interpretations. There is certain to be some very excellent art displayed throughout the month of July. From contemporary to realism, there will be a wide variety of styles and genres adorning the walls that are surely not to be missed!
