"Being accepted into any show is exciting and a move in the right direction for any artist, but having a piece accepted by the CM Russell Auction is of the highest honor," said Faye Taylor who had her piece, "Burnin' Daylight", accepted for the March 17-20, 2010 auction in Great Falls, Montana.

Well-known artist's such as Chris Owen, Larry Zabel, and Howard Terpning also participate in this auction. They are some of the "big boys" of the western art world.

One gallery owner summed it up like this, "The Russell is attended by the best of the best and patronized by the biggest collectors in the world."

Taylor has been a western artist for the last 15 years, making appearances in many prestigious group gallery shows. She is now represented by Kelly's Art Gallery in Joseph, Oregon, and Hamley Gallery in Pendleton, Oregon. Soon, she will also be represented by Wild River Art Company in Bend, Oregon.
